Why is the menstrual cycle important, and How does nutrition tie into the topic of women's health?

Today, Mackenzie Caldwell is joining us to talk about hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), a condition that she often treats in her dietetic practice, This condition is associated with the cessation of a woman's menstrual cycle, often caused by lack of proper nutrition, overexercising, excessive stress, etc.
