Juggling eating disorder and exercise addiction recovery PLUS wedding planning during a pandemic....sounds stressful, right?

Well, today's guest is a total badass who is bravely journeying through this right now. In fact, she's 18 months into recovery.

In this episode, she's opening up about how she asked for help and kept pushing to find the right healthcare providers. She's chatting about how she has stayed motivated to continue this deep and often challenging inner work. She also sharing some tips and tricks that have helped her to stay positive, and I think her positivity and energy is something that we can all use more of in 2020.
