Last week, we chatted about how healing your relationship with your body involves unraveling the beliefs that you have about your body.

And the first step to unraveling beliefs is identifying them. That's why today, I'm walking you through a quick exercise that will help you unpack your body story.

Now, you might be asking, "Katie, what is a body story?"

Well, Positive, negative, neutral, we all have had lived experiences in our bodies, that have contributed to where we are today.

The beautiful thing is that those past experiences don't have to be the end of your body story. Listen in to learn about how you can begin to write the next chapter and heal your relationship with your body.
