For those of you new here, you may only know me as the non-diet dietitian or the body-positive fitness trainer.
Most people are shocked to learn that I actually started working in bariatric or weight loss surgery at the beginning of my career.

Regardless of where you are on your intutitive eating journey, I hope you walk away from this episode with greater awareness, greater understanding, and maybe some compassion for those around you. I hope to share some aha moments that I had and I hope you walk away with some aha moments yourself.
