Whether you get sick or you're traveling, it's sometimes good and necessary to allow yourself that space to rest WITHOUT GUILT.

FLEXIBILITY - It's my favorite aspect of intuitive eating.
I love being able to travel and not stress about how a spontaneous trip might impact my eating or movement patterns.
