Here's the deal: life happens and at some point or another we're all going to need to take a rest from our normal fitness routine.
Whether you get sick or you're traveling, it's sometimes good and necessary to allow yourself that space to rest WITHOUT GUILT.
But, I get it - that's easier said than done. If you're a type-A person like me or if you've ever struggled with your relationship with food and your body, taking a rest day can feel stressful, to say the least.
